4. Payment Terms

5. Course Access and Delivery

• Online course access is granted for the duration specified during purchase (e.g., 4 or 8 weeks).
• Course materials are for individual use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.
• Pegasus reserves the right to modify course content for quality or regulatory updates without notice.
• All online sessions and course activities are delivered through the Wabsy platform.

6. Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

By Participant:

• Cancellations must be requested in writing via email at least 7 days prior to the course start date for a full refund.
• If cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the course start date, a 50% refund may be provided.
• No refunds will be granted once course access has been initiated or materials have been downloaded.

By Pegasus:

• In rare cases, Pegasus may cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.

7. Quality Assurance (QA) Policy

At Pegasus, we are committed to delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training. We ensure:

• Course content is reviewed and updated by qualified subject-matter experts
• Learning materials comply with current industry regulations and best practices
• Feedback is regularly collected to improve service quality

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a course, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will review your feedback and offer a resolution, which may include free access to a future course or a partial refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, and branding are the intellectual property of Pegasus or its licensors. You agree not to copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability

Pegasus shall not be liable for:
